Announcing Key Changes to Westhab’s Leadership Team

Expanding Westhab’s Impact: New Leaders in Real Estate, Property Management, and Development

Yonkers, NY – September 18, 2025 – Westhab is thrilled to announce key changes to its leadership team:

Andrew Germansky is stepping into the role of Chief Real Estate Officer. With 15+ years in real estate development, he oversees all phases of Westhab’s housing development projects and continues to expand access to safe, affordable housing.

Ambareen Naqvi joins as Vice President of Development, bringing 17+ years of leadership in fundraising and development across nonprofits and higher education, including at RAND Corporation and Columbia SIPA.

Samantha Valencia has been promoted to Vice President of Property & Asset Management. Since joining in 2019, Samantha has strengthened our housing portfolio, including leading the successful lease-up of Dayspring Commons and Summit on Hudson. She brings over a decade of experience in both nonprofit and for-profit housing.
