Westhab announces the opening of the Fort Greene Family Center in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. The 11-story, 105-unit facility provides transitional housing for some of New York’s most vulnerable families with children.
Westhab received a $200,000 grant from the Mother Cabrini Health Foundation to expand the Bright Beginnings Program, helping children and caregivers achieve stability, access services, and break homelessness cycles.
Financing closed for the construction of La Olazul, a supportive and affordable residential rental building located in the Mount Hope neighborhood of the Bronx. The development will reserve 60% of the apartments for formerly homeless residents receiving supportive services and the balance for low-income individuals and families.
Westhab and KeyBank Foundation team up to bring college and career readiness to Dayspring teens! With a generous $240,000 grant, the program will create a pipeline to college and careers for low-income students at Dayspring Community Center.
