Last week, New York City began transporting groups of asylum-seeking families to various sites across the State, including Yonkers. Westhab is proud to share that we are in the process of mobilizing to take on operations of the Yonkers site. Tremont Residence held its official ribbon-cutting ceremony this fall. The Westhab-run affordable and mixed-income building is located in the West Farm area of the Bronx and provides 119 units of brand-new affordable and supportive housing.
