Tremont Residence held its official ribbon-cutting ceremony this fall. The Westhab-run affordable and mixed-income building is located in the West Farm area of the Bronx and provides 119 units of brand-new affordable and supportive housing.
So far this summer 2022, Westhab’s Summer Rising program has served over 180 youth at four different locations in the Bronx and Westchester. Yull Morales is a former volunteer turned Westhab staff member. Yull began with Westhab as a volunteer during the COVID pandemic and unexpectedly found a fulfilling career along the way.
Over 180 Westhab supporters came out for a jam-packed, sunny day of golf and celebration at Westhab’s 19th Annual Golf Classic. The event raised more than $290,000 of critical funds to support Westhab clients on their paths to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. Read on for more exciting details from the day.
