- $400,000 Capital Award by the US Dept of HUD for 125-131
South 4th Ave in Yonkers
- $380,000 Capital Award by US Dept of HUD for 125 Livingston
Ave in Yonkers
- Closed on $10 Million in Westchester County Tax Exempt
Bond and 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits for three properties
in two cities.
- A $400,000 grant was awarded by the Federal Home Loan
Bank for Capital Improvements at 125-131 South Fourth
Ave Mount Vernon. This is a 20 unit apartment building
available to working families.
- The New York Department of Housing and Community Renewal
awarded Westhab $200,000 in the first round of Main Street
Grants for improvements to the streetscape and storefront
properties along Elm Street, Yonkers.
- HUD awarded Westhab $150,000 to develop a program for
homeless veterans for 28 Pier Street.
- The Westchester County Planning Department awarded Westhab
$172,500 for lead paint abatement at 125-131 S 4th Avenue,
Mount Vernon. This is a 20-unit apartment building for
working families.
