Westhab has produced 2,000 units of affordable housing in Westchester County, including: multi-family rental; affordable homeownership; family and singles shelter; and supportive housing for disabled veterans, people in recovery from addiction, people living with mental illness and victims of domestic violence. In the last 10 years, we have completed 13 developments representing over 260 affordable units and more than $43 million worth of housing funds. We currently have a project pipeline of 300 units. 22 Tarrytown Rd. Earns LEED Silver
Westhab’s building at 22 Tarrytown Road in Greenburgh, which provides workforce housing to 28 households, has been awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) ‘Silver’ status by the U.S. Green Building Council. The building was designed by Magnusson Architecture and Planning PC and incorporates green features throughout, including a green roof and energy efficient appliances. Congratulations to the entire development team on producing a beautiful and efficient building that 28 families now call home.
